I recently have bought of of here twice in one day with two different cards and my account needed payment verification. I've tried sending them the documents and everything they needed. They never responded. I've used this site back in 2018 with no issues, but now there's an issue. The customer support is absolutely atrocious.
While I've had a decent experience purchasing accounts, I have been facing a lot of trouble getting a refund. The team seems to ignore my messages and I even tried to reach out to their support system but last received their reply on 9th June. While they say the refund has been done, they are not providing any proof apart from the transaction ID. It has been an unbearable experience and a daunting task to keep begging for the money you paid.

On the website at the bottom you can see 10 different payment/withdraw systems, as a buyer i indeed have many options of payment but they left my seller *only with Skrill* which is even worse in terms of Payment and their support never cared, seller could not use it, he had to cancel listing, Me and and seller not going to use their service until they going to provide working and better withdraw services.
*Edit, From 1* to 5*, as a buyer indeed it was 5* experience, Thank you Richard.
Lost a dispute, been with the company since 2017 with over 75 successful transaction.
Lost a dispute despite the fact I provided many evidence, and provided much detailed info of the account.
When I lost the dispute, the seller change the account information now I lost both the dispute and the account.
So, either I get this resolve or this will be the last time I will ever sell on PlayerAuctions. I cannot believe I lost both the account and the dispute.
Flawless execution of the transaction! This site is legit.
It was an easy and amazing experience. Will definitely be buying from again
I bought a Yugioh Duel Links account in less than 2 hours from purchase to playing. Tried before the service playerup.com and it was an awful experience (null middleman contact, cancel order without notice, dont recognize id card from other countries than US, lost days waiting). Will use playerauctions again in the future.
well i purchased credits next thing i hear is that this person has none and now waiting on refund why would this person say he has when he doesn't irritating so i got frustrated and deleted my account :/
First experience with playerauctions as great, order 30M gp for osrs and recieved within 10 mins. Later went to buy 50M and recieve an email asking for personal information such as credit card, drivers license and bank statement. All the things needed to prove your identity. If they wanted to verify someone just send a code on their phone number. DO NOT USE PLAYERAUCTIONS!!!!! You have to be an idiot to send this to anyone on the internet. Spend the little extra money and use a dedicated, proven site. DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE!!
No sketchy business as of the time of this post.
This website is no serious at all. Bought a World of Warcraft account, for
250$, which ended up being "hacked" according to the seller. Even payed 30$ for an insurance which if you actually look it up does nothing. Started a dispute, seller rejected all accusations and support ruled in his favour. Wrote another email, still haven't gotten a response multiple days later. ps, didn't even ask to get the money back, just the account which is easily recoverable for him, but of course not possible.. The thought about the website is good, but the management and support is horrible, the second you buy something Player auctions removes themselves from all of their duties.
EDIT:
After reading plenty of reviews here, I can see that I'm not the only one with the issue of password being changed and from there mail and authenticator. Losing the dispute to the fact that he can't change password now makes even less sense, since as stated by Dkorn and I quote "For that to be the case, someone must have hacked my personal password that I use on all of my personal things and decided they would only target my newly owned Call of Duty account. Strange isn’t it? Or more likely, the seller used his cell phone number to reset the password on the account (as Activision/Blizzard accounts require phone numbers for account creation now) which is forever tied to the account and cannot be easily changed. There is literally no way to protect yourself from this as a buyer. This “risk” is a loophole that sellers can use at their leisure and one that PlayerAuctions can sit back and take no blame for. “That’s why we offer insurance”...and then when they process the refund you won’t get all of the cost of the insurance money back, so they walk away with money in their pocket regardless." Well written and true. Best part is that the seller said that this wasn't his problem but mine since I didn't change the phonenumber, I still wonder how he knew... I don't want anything to do with this seller ever again, so Player Auctions please contact me and find a real way of sorting this out instead of playing the seller is always right card.
I found my favorite sellers on this site and they were really reliable and fast. But after couple of orders they just started to decline all of my payments. I've tried Gpay, Skrill and nothing worked. I got refund from gpay but not from skrill which is annoying too. I've wrote to their support but no reply. While I was waiting I've read others review and realised that they do this to force you to use crypto. I totally can see that and agree with every reviewers who said so. They decline all payments for "security" reasons, then force you to give them your id and card info OR to use crypto to avoid sharing your info. What "security" reasons could it be if my gpay account and skrill account have all my info and already verified myself and all payments I do?
While I was waiting for their slow support I've found other alternatives for myself that has easy and fast verification process (and fast support). Not gonna use PA anymore unless they revisit their horrible politics towards buyers.
Edit: Richard, I already got my refund from skrill. Thanks for the offer to help tho and kudos for returning money quickly. Too bad I can't use this site anymore and buy stuff I need so my rating isn't gonna change bc of that.
Made a order to buy an account Order ID 7241632 , seller was great and ready to send everything over , after 3 failed transactions the payment finally went through then they asked to verify the payment I sent pictures of me with my ID / bank card and even evidence of the transaction from my banking app and I got a reply from 3 different people with the same auto message asking for more info , I blocked out the information for my security except what they ask for and now no response !!! All i want Is my payment to be verified , terrible .
